Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship: A Call to Political Responsibility from the Catholic Bishops of the United States.  The bishops’ statement on Faithful Citizenship provides guidance to help Catholics form their consciences in light of Scripture and Catholic teaching, so that they can make sound moral judgments in public life.
