PASTOR

Reverend James A. Worth has been granted a second term to his pastorate at Saint Joseph Parish, Maplewood, ending July 1, 2027.

ADMINISTRATOR

Reverend Jeivi M. Hercules has been appointed administrator of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Mountainside, effective September 1, 2021.

Reverend Shijomon Kurian, CRM has been appointed administrator of Saint Joseph Parish, Lodi, effective September 1, 2021.

PAROCHIAL VICAR

Reverend Jason S. Caganap, CRM has been appointed parochial vicar of Saint Joseph Parish, Lodi, effective September 1, 2021.

Reverend Jaroslaw Zaniewski has been appointed parochial vicar of Saint Michael the Archangel Parish, Lyndhurst, effective August 1, 2021.

CHAPLAIN

Reverend Anthony Robert DiStefano has been appointed chaplain of the Knights of Columbus Queen of Peace Counsel #3428.

Reverend Jason M. Mantich has been appointed chaplain of the Knights of Columbus Pope John XXIII Council #5498.

Reverend Samuel Monaco, Jr. has been appointed chaplain of the Knights of Columbus St. Ann’s Council #2853.

Reverend Alfie A. Pangilinan has been appointed chaplain of the Knights of Columbus Star of the Sea Council #371.

RELEASED

Reverend Alfonso Picone has had his release to the Diocese of Bridgeport, Connecticut extended for a period of three years, ending July 1, 2024.

Reverend Giandomenico Flora has had his release to the Diocese of Bridgeport, Connecticut extended for a period of three years ending July 1, 2024.

Reverend Ivan Sant has had his release to the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis extended for a period of three years, ending September 8, 2024.

Reverend Carlos Miguel Viego, Ph.D., has been released to serve as college chaplain at Thomas Aquinas College, Northfield, Massachusetts ending August 31, 2026.

Reverend Maximilian P. Buonocore, OSB has been appointed Confessor and Spiritual Father for the Missionaries of Charity, Newark.

Reverend Colin Adrian Kay has been appointed Vice President for Mission and Ministry at Seton Hall University effective April 22, 2021.
