Construction Project Manager (Full Time)

SALARY: $57,500 – $62,500 per year

General Description

Researches, plans, designs and manages building and related projects for the Archdiocese. Assists Real Estate Manager in building sale and lease transactions.

Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a project team with commitment to customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with facility construction and restoration necessary.
• Must possess or obtain valid New Jersey asbestos building inspector license.
• Must have valid NJ Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Education and/or Experience

• College degree in engineering/architecture preferred.
