Secretary of the Rectory

Job Description:

This is a full-time job.  The applicant will serve as the Secretary of the Rectory and will report directly to the Pastor.   It is expected to perform administrative responsibilities including preparation of the weekly bulletin, letters, reports, maintenance of the parishioner’s database, meeting the requirements of the parishioners (mass registration, issuance of certificates, etc.), among other administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Practicing Catholic.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher (ability to create, edit, save, and send spreadsheets, documents, presentations).
  • English speaker. (Spanish is a plus but not essential for the position.)
