Office Manager (Full-Time) – St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Hillside
SALARY: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

General Description
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations and administrative functions of the parish, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position, with the ideal candidate working eight hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to foster a team culture of accountability and excellence
- Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Experience as an Office Manager or in a comparable administrative leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Prior experience working in a church setting preferred
