- All sacramental records for the Archdiocese of Newark are kept at the parish where that particular sacrament was celebrated, assuming the parish is still in existence.

When a parish fullfills requests for sacramental records, staff spends time searching the records, typing it up with the notations of the other sacraments, and mailing it. Please consider sending a courtesy donation (unless the Parish has a specific fee) once you have received the certificate to help the parish recover its expenses.
