Secretary (Full-Time) – Office of Property Management Administration and Office of the Chancellor
General Description
The Secretary performs general clerical functions, providing assistance to the Director of Facility Operations and the Chancellor.
Qualifications/Skills
- Knowledge of general office practices, procedures and clerical routines
- Ability to operate a desktop computer and calculator
- High degree of reliability in handling confidential information is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Spanish language skills would be helpful
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma is required
- Some college or secretarial school experience, or a minimum of three years’ experience required
