Secretary (Full-Time) – Office of Property Management Administration and Office of the Chancellor

General Description

The Secretary performs general clerical functions, providing assistance to the Director of Facility Operations and the Chancellor.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Knowledge of general office practices, procedures and clerical routines
  • Ability to operate a desktop computer and calculator
  • High degree of reliability in handling confidential information is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Spanish language skills would be helpful

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma is required
  • Some college or secretarial school experience, or a minimum of three years’ experience required
