Surviving Divorce-A 3 Day Retreat: Hope and Healing for the Catholic Family
The Archdiocese of Newark is sponsoring a 3 day retreat for the separated/divorced. Each session runs from 9am to 1pm. Each day features a different presentations that cover topics of shock, denial, anger, grief, guilt, forgiveness and much more. The itinerary includes video presentations and small group discussions. Participants will hear personal testimonies of Catholic men and women who have experienced the breakdown of their families who witness to the healing power of Christ in their lives. Whether you were divorced ten days ago or ten years ago, this program offers valuable insight & support. Refreshments & lunch will be provided at each session. We are also offering a fourth optional session on Saturday, December 7th covering related topics such as: dealing with the family & children, finances, & moving forward. The cost of the entire retreat is $20.00 and includes the cost of the personal guide book, refreshments & lunch.
